Sanjay brings over 20 years of leadership experience from his previous role as the CFO at Sierra Atlantic. He is a widely respected CEO coach and investor in start-ups panning Healthcare, Education, Impact, Consumer and FinTech sectors.

Sanjay Jesrani is the Founder and CEO of Go North Ventures. He is a well-known angel investor focused on investing in and mentoring start-ups through his organization, Go North Ventures. He has served on the advisory board of many organizations.

He previously worked with Sierra Atlantic as its CFO and ran the organization’s CSR ventures. Prior to joining Sierra Atlantic, he ran a family-owned industrial venture and led a successful Chartered Accountancy practice. Prior to this, he was the Executive Vice President and Head of the Global Delivery Centre at Hitachi Consulting, India. In this role, he led the company’s large global delivery team across centers in Hyderabad, Pune, and Bangalore.

Sanjay is a charter member at TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), Hyderabad. He is a member of the Executive Council at the IIIT Hyderabad Foundation. He is also an independent Director on the board of Unimed Health (Star Hospitals). As a TEDx speaker, he has brought out new perspectives around financial leadership among women.

Sanjay currently serves on the board of Healing Fields Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to making health care affordable and accessible to poor and marginalized people in India. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

Sanjay is a keen golfer, book lover, and art enthusiast.
