Justin Gray is a seasoned technology and operations leader with over 15 years of experience in driving business development, enhancing customer delivery, and optimizing operational processes. As the Senior Director of Client Outcomes at Feuji, he manages key client relationships, ensures customer satisfaction, and oversees successful project delivery. He specializes in building new capabilities to drive growth, managing global program deliveries, and supporting customers through transformative journeys.

Before joining Feuji, Justin held leadership roles at Nihilent, where he significantly improved sales and delivery operations, increased utilization rates, and grew existing accounts. At Wipro, he led strategic initiatives such as establishing a major technology center and developing a robust campus hiring program.

Throughout his career, Justin has shown a strong commitment to nurturing talent and fostering innovation. He has built and led Centers of Excellence, developed new technology capabilities, and mentored early-career professionals. His ability to align technology initiatives with business goals has created significant value for both his clients and organizations.

He graduated from the University of Cincinnati and resides in Dallas with his wife.
