Erick Ballestero is the Senior Director and Site Leader for Feuji Costa Rica. He brings over 25 years of dynamic leadership and managerial expertise to his role. With a strong focus on operations, process improvement, transformation and exceptional customer service, Erick consistently delivers results and inspires high-performing teams.

Erick has demonstrated a profound capacity for team management and achieving remarkable results. During his tenure as a Senior Operations Manager at DXC Costa Rica, he successfully oversaw complex infrastructure and application projects valued at $200M across the Americas’ Region. Furthermore, he excelled as the Account Delivery Manager for Florida Ice and Farm, DXC’s biggest customer in Costa Rica.

Before joining DXC, Erick served as a Functional Manager at HPE, where he skillfully led a strong team of 300 professionals supporting contract management for the AMS Region.

Erick holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. He enjoys pursuing sports and cooking during his leisure time.
