Portuguese Contract Administrator

Location:Heredia, Costa Rica

¬ Provide support to the sales team by managing the pipeline assigned that belongs to the sales segment for Brazil. ¬ Have full ownership of the end to end of the life cycle of the renewal process since the negotiation until the activation of the contract, applying business controls to ensure conformance with Company Policies and Compliance with local laws. ¬ Manage: New Business Quotes, Renewal Quotes readiness, Contract and Renewal Amendments, Order Bookings, Products Pricing, Custom Requirements

Job specifics/responsibilities

¬   Controls & manages end to end of SAP TS Contracts & administrative processes from bid to engagement closure

¬   Sales support

¬   Order entry

¬   Create and maintain internal documentation of the process

¬   Contracts maintenance

¬   Updates internal tools and requirements

¬   Investigation for specific cases

¬   Seek and work on constant process improvement

¬   Responsible for initial contract creation process so as to achieve close business Partner opportunities

¬   Cost & revenue recognition

¬   Customer invoicing processes

¬   Accounts receivable support

¬   Maintains & is responsible for high standards of business controls

¬   Attend customer calls for case resolution and follow ups

Responsible for being the business focal point regarding order acceptance and invoicing (order management and invoicing experience/competency). Responsible for checking the booking package for documents required for meeting Order Acceptance & partnering with the business on missing items and/or questions.

Requirements:

¬   Excellent communication skills (both oral and written – 90% Portuguese, 90% English)

¬   Understanding of basic accounting/finance terms and concepts, especially as they relate to revenue and expense recognition

¬   Microsoft Office Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, etc.

¬   Strong to excellent knowledge of Excel (usage of pivots, Vlook ups and formulas)

¬   Strong interpersonal and telephone skills

¬   Able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines

¬   Problem solving skills

¬   Independent research and strong analytical skills

¬   Demonstrates responsiveness, good judgment and good follow up

¬   Teamwork / Hard work oriented
